It was a pleasure working with Edmund, Mike, Alam, Cheang and the rest of the ground team. From conceptualizing our newbuild, to getting the necessary permits and paperwork done, to structural works, finishing touches and even interior design, we were guided through the entire process by the well-stocked team from TRACE. The team was ever ready to entertain our (often last minute) requests, advise on feasibility as well as being open about any additional costs incurred. After sales service was prompt too. We are more than 1.5 years post-TOP, but the team (thanks Nate and Jonathan!) are still highly responsive in helping us troubleshoot knick-knacks that are bound to crop up in a landed property, and we are truly appreciative of that. I will definitely recommend TRACE regardless of whether you are considering a seamless fuss-free newbuild, a personally curated A&A or even pure interior design works for your house or apartment (they have their own carpentry workshop instead of outsourcing it to a third party!).
