Approach

We used a neutral colour palette to complement the nature-inspired elements in the facade. With sleek lines and edges softened by timber accents, the house has a unique yet inviting appeal. A key highlight is the 4m high ceiling in the living area, embracing the natural passage of light and air to create a well-ventilated and comfortable space

Functionality

Space was catered for a baby grand piano at the entrance of the house, along with a playroom on the 2nd level. At the 3rd level, a large family study is designed to fit the family, as well as a corner for granny's lounge and bedroom. Adhering to fengshui, all bedrooms were designed to be on the left, with outdoor water features for wealth and abundance
