Concept

Bukit Timah sought to communicate understated luxury within the estate. This required greater interior detailing and design intent as we developed the spaces for the homeowner. We approached this by applying a contemporary style across the architecture and its interiors

Approach

The architecture of this house pursues a contemporary style that emphasizes clean, angular lines and scandinavian wood tiling. Greater detail was spent on architecture finishes in this project, including for external features such as the pool deck. Matching the exterior, the interior of the house features a modern luxury aesthetic designed in consultation with the homeowner

Functionality

This 3-storey house has 4 bedrooms and approximately 5,731 sqft in GFA, featuring high ceilings and generous functional spaces. Several noteworthy features include a sunken swimming pool, two open roof terraces, and a professional indoor gym
