Nestled upon an irregular plot at a T-junction, Colchester Grove presented a design challenge that we embraced with a contemporary perspective. The interlocking forms within the facade grant this home a distinctive visual identity from every angle

Approach

To bring out its distinctive facade, we kept the colour palette elegantly understated. Facade ledges serve dual roles, highlighting the architectural form while also providing sun shading, harmonizing aesthetics with functionality

Functionality

Spanning 2.5 storeys, this residence blends simplicity with tailored functionality. A swimming pool traces the perimeter, seamlessly linking the living and dining spaces. Upstairs, three rooms are designed around a family hall, including a versatile guest room that doubles as a cinematic escape. Occupying the attic is a master bedroom with a private entertainment enclave
