Concept

Conceptualized as a modern contemporary home, Lucky View was intended to help its homeowners maximize a 3,275 sqft plot of land. This was achieved by emphasizing articulated forms in the architecture, which gave way to intimate roof terraces, and by incorporating a mezzanine in the ground floor

Approach

Our aesthetic draws influence from contemporary homes observed in Australia and North America. The architecture of the house features well balanced facade that reads well in the day and at night. This is complemented by interior elements with minimalistic furnishings

Functionality

This house features 3-storeys with attic, for a total of 6,254 sqft in GFA. A noteworthy feature of this home are the 4 roof terraces in the home availed through the articulated forms of the house's architecture. These serve as private, open-air spaces for the homeowners to enjoy the outdoors
