Concept
Phillips Avenue is a modern contemporary home, created for a family that seeks to strike the perfect balance between form and function. In line with the homeowner's requirements, allowances for fengshui were taken into account while designing this home
Approach
We used a neutral colour palette to complement the nature-inspired elements in the facade. With sleek lines and edges softened by timber accents, the house has a unique yet inviting appeal. A key highlight is the 4m high ceiling in the living area, embracing the natural passage of light and air to create a well-ventilated and comfortable space
Functionality
Space was catered for a baby grand piano at the entrance of the house, along with a playroom on the 2nd level. At the 3rd level, a large family study is designed to fit the family, as well as a corner for granny's lounge and bedroom. Adhering to fengshui, all bedrooms were designed to be on the left, with outdoor water features for wealth and abundance
