Realty Park - TRACE | Design & Build

Concept

Realty Park sits in Hougang estate with a GFA of 5,329+ sq ft. The design brief was to create a contemporary luxurious home. A spacious open-to-sky car porch balcony takes centrestage, lined with delightful green elements. Metal slats frame the upper balcony, emphasizing the vertical height of the house

Approach

The cool exterior of the house was balanced by the warm interior lightings. A notable feature was the skylight in the centre of the house, cutting across all levels. This was a consistent theme throughout, to embrace the natural passage of light. Modern luxurious finishings were used internally, with a grand marble feature wall in the living area

Functionality

The conscious arrangement of the layout allowed us to cater to the family's needs, resulting in generous space for key areas like living room, dining and the bedrooms. At the attic, a large area was set aside for a open roof terrace, allowing the homeowner to hold gatherings comfortably while enjoying uninterrupted views of the surroundings

Our dream house was delivered on time and with good quality by Edmund and his team. My family and I appreciated the patience and receptiveness of the entire team throughout the project.
