Springwood Height - TRACE | Design & Build

Concept

Springwood Height was a reconstruction project to reinvigorate a 3 and a half storey corner terrace in Pasir Panjang. To maximize air and light, the sleek facade was complemented by large glass windows, which were tinted for heat control and privacy. Collectively, these elements formed a simple yet sophisticated appeal

Approach

Keeping to the modern contemporary theme, a blend of white and grey colour palette was used, with clean lines and articulated forms in the facade. With a mezzanine floor constructed above the master bedroom, light shines in unobstructed, creating a bright and airy atmosphere

Functionality

The layout of the house was refreshed to cater to the homeowner's needs. This includes a gallery on the ground floor, connected to a spacious foyer and an office area for meetings and discussions. On the upper levels, there is a large dining area and a new movie room for entertainment and gatherings
