Concept

Upper East Coast harmoniously blends modern stone elements in its facade, while being grounded by the warmth of timber accents. A standout tiled wall at the center accentuates the visual height of the residence. Despite its location along a bustling road, the design allows for privacy, balanced against a sense of openness

Approach

Continuing its warm tones indoors, the living and dining spaces seamlessly connect to the outdoors, where a pool runs alongside, and an outdoor seating area resides in the car porch. Thoughtfully positioned lighting fosters an inviting ambience, further elevated by centerpiece elements in each space

Functionality

This 3.5-storey residence spans 6,187 sqft and is divided into purposeful levels. The first floor’s open layout encourages gatherings, while the second floor hosts various activities, featuring a game room, guest room, and expansive family area. The upper levels transition into private spaces, including a luxurious master bedroom with an adjoining study at the attic
