Approach

The house was designed with a modern contemporary aesthetic, with a neutral palette and timber finishings consistent across the exterior and interior of the house. Additional light is brought into the structure through a bay window into the Master Bedroom, as well as a skylight above the stairwell

Functionality

The house features integrated living spaces, to maximize a built-up area of 3,624 sq ft. The first storey emphasizes on hosting, catering to the family's love for gatherings and culinary pursuits. On the upper floors, private spaces were designed for the family, including a dedicated study area, and a functional gym at the attic

My family and I would like to express our satisfaction with the work that Trace has done for us.
